In the quest for excellence, I have perfected my culinary offerings. You choose the meal.

It is an eight meal minimum.  

Each meal comes with our famous bread, your choice of a salad and your choice of a dessert.

All the pricing is inclusive: transportation, grocery shopping, food preparation, cooking, plating and taxes. I bring the cooking pots & utensils. You provide the plate ware, silverware and glasses. 

The great taste comes from my constant shopping. Knowing where to collect quality vegetables, meats and spices. Persuading meats to deliver that tenderness and taste comes from judicious use of the spices.   

For my spices, I only invest in authentic Hungarian Paprika from the Szegedi region. These I refrigerate in a dark area to maintain their potency. Yes, I get my paprika from the 'leghiresebb' Eniko in Chicago.
