My services are calendar driven.  

I only do one event per day. Here are the requirements:

1. All my food preparation and cooking will be done in your kitchen using my equipement.

2. You provide all the plateware, silverware, and glassware.

3. You choose the main course, minimum of 8 meals, the salad, and the dessert. Bread is included.

4. I will prepare a minimum of 8 meals. You chose the meal from the menu button. You may increase the quantity at the ordering page.

All pricing includes transportation in the Tyler & Longview area. I am happy to quote for longer distances.
