I am a Csabai. This is my family recipe for Hungarian Bratwurst. Csabai Brats are world famous. However, I am not of that family. Rats. But I make my brats with pork, lots of Szegedi Paprika, sweet and hot, a dose of Cumin, onions and garlic. The taste is real Hungarian. These are raw! They need 12 minutes at a gentle simmer to cook. Leave them in the bag. There is one pound of bratwurst divided into four links. I promise you will love these kolbasz, or I will answer to my greatgrandmother Csabai Julianna.
